Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please return the item within 30 days from the ship date. We'll be glad to make an exchange, grant store credit or refund your payment. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except in the case of merchandise that is defective. We DO NOT accept C.O.D.’s on return items. We suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Fed Ex or insured parcel post, for your protection.

All clothing must be unwashed, unworn and in new condition with tags attached (if applicable). They must be free of stains, pet hair, human hair, smoke or other foul odors.

No skateboard is completely guaranteed. To be returned, boards must be in new condition, un-skated and not gripped. No returns or exchanges on assembled boards or parts. We do not replace broken boards or boards with stress cracks, as this is part of normal wear and tear. Delamination (separation in the glue lines between the wood veneers of the deck, due to insufficient bonding) is considered a defect, and is covered under our return policy. If you experience a delamination, please send us photos of the delamination included with your return request.

Sunglasses and stickers: No returns unless product is deemed defective.

Lapel pins must be returned in new condition, in original packaging.
